Investing in Our People
The global shortage of qualified aircraft engineers remains one of the biggest challenges in the industry. In 2024, our team had 19 interns, nurturing the next generation of aviation professionals. Looking ahead, our efforts to attract and retain talent include the introduction of updated competitive Compensation & Benefits packages.

A Word from Steven Williams, Managing Director at Magnetic Line: "Like most companies in the field, one industry-wide challenge has continued to affect us: the general shortage of aircraft engineers. As a line maintenance provider, our people are our most valuable assets. For this reason, we have made substantial investments in their training and development. Thank you to our incredible team, valued customers, and trusted partners for making 2024 a success.”
