Magnetic Talents offers a full range of engineering and CAMO services by Magnetic Engineering and industry-related training (specialised, OJT, EASA Part-147) by Magnetic Training.
Company story
Magnetic Training got its first maintenance training and examination organisation approval certificate from ECAA in 2016. In 2018, the company opened and launched a dedicated training facility in Tallinn to serve various industry needs, based on the EASA Part-147 requirements. In 2020 Magnetic MRO Training received Part-147 Online Training Approval from the ECAA.
Magnetic Engineering, originally part of Magnetic MRO, was established as a separate brand in 2021. Yet, the brand has had a long-lasting history and strong presence up until then. For instance, before 2015, the company subcontracted services to Estonia Air, AirEst, Alrosa.
