Magnetic Academy Completes Its Third Zero2Hero Group
Magnetic Academy has officially completed its third Zero2Hero group, with 11 participants finishing the Aviation Technician Introduction Program and taking their next steps toward a career in aviation maintenance.
The Zero2Hero program was created to support individuals with little or no prior aviation experience in the start of their aviation career. Starting with aviation fundamentals, technical English, and an introduction to the professional environment of aircraft maintenance, participants build the confidence and knowledge needed to progress into Part-66 B1&B2 Module training and, eventually, toward becoming EASA licensed engineers.
The third group is a reflection of what Magnetic Academy set out to do from the beginning. As Ene Krinpus, Managing Director at Magnetic Training and Magnetic Engineering, puts it, opening the door for people who are new to aviation contributes to developing new talent for the industry while strengthening the training ecosystem within the organization.
The shortage of licensed engineers is one of aviation’s most pressing challenges. Magnetic Academy and its Zero2Hero program are part of the long-term answer.
