Magnetic Academy Welcomes Third Zero2Hero Group
Magnetic Academy has officially welcomed the third Zero2Hero group, with 11 new participants beginning their journey toward a career in aviation maintenance.
The third Zero2Hero group reflects Magnetic Academy’s broader purpose – helping address the shortage of licensed engineers and building a long-term talent pipeline for the aviation industry.
Created for motivated individuals with little or no previous aviation experience, the Zero2Hero program offers an accessible entry point into the industry. Participants begin with aviation fundamentals, technical terminology, and an introduction to the professional environment of aircraft maintenance.

The new group starts with Aviation Technical English, helping learners build confidence in the language and concepts that will support their progress into Part-66 Module training.
As Ene Krinpus, Managing Director of Magnetic Training, notes, by opening the door for people who are new to aviation, Magnetic Academy contributes to developing new talent for the industry while strengthening the training ecosystem within the organization.
Magnetic Academy has also launched its second Part-66 Module course for previous Zero2Hero participants, bringing them one step closer to becoming EASA licensed engineers.
For participants, Zero2Hero offers more than an introduction – it builds confidence, strengthens foundations, and creates a clearer path into aviation maintenance, while reflecting Magnetic Academy’s commitment to supporting the next generation of aviation professionals from the very beginning of their journey.
