What new and modern technologies and solutions have been implemented in the repair workshop, and how do these technologies has changed the service your team’s offering? One of the latest improvements, though not that recent, was the purchase of new NDT wheels scan which imports the inspection results to the computer and allows to attach it to the digital Work Card, making all process more efficient and less time-consuming.  In general, modern equipment is changing our work, making it a lot faster as the new equipment is twice as quick as the older one.   Compact, small repair workshops can provide flexible service. What advantages of the small workshop would you emphasize that differentiate MMRO’s repair workshop from others? Our workshop here at Magnetic is a compact one that can focus on every customer 100% and not leave smaller customers aside due to priorities on high volume customers. Every order is being processed with a 100% commitment and with being in close contact with the customer to find the best solution according to their need. Advantage of being a compact shop is flexibility and ability to react fast according to customer requirements - whether it is a change of priorities or working overtime or adding additional capabilities according to customer needs. What are the future plans for Magnetic MRO’s repair workshop in terms of expansion and new services? At the current moment, we are continually working as before, focusing on wheels, brakes, escape slides, etc. Our long-term plan is to find additional directions according to the market need; therefore, we are planning to kick off with market analysis and work on further developments.
