Magnetic Group has announced the implementation of EN9100/9110 standards. The 9100 series standard includes ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements and specifies additional aviation, space, and defence industry requirements, definitions, and notes and provides a model for the establishment and implementation of an effective QMS.

The implementation of EN9100 series standard focus on three core elements: identifying the processes needed to achieve the planned results, continuous risk monitoring and the system as well as process management.

“Magnetic Group has a great entrepreneurial, “start-up like” spirit and drive – and I am glad that we have decided to empower that open-minded drive and spirit with defined purpose-built and efficient processes and mitigate risks, which enables us to perform our daily tasks and duties with 100% focus over and over again with 100% accuracy, making Magnetic Group safe, reliable, efficiently functioning supply chain for our customers”, shared Jan Kotka, Chief Operations Officer at Magnetic Group.

“Quality Management System and its continuous improvement principles are sometimes confused with being some magical tools to achieve better results, but it’s not. It’s really a culture. The culture how we as a company perform our everyday work in the best way possible. The culture of ambition to improve. I really like the saying “Quality means doing it right when no one is looking” – in aviation, such principle sets the ground for maximizing safety”, shared Martti Ärmpalu, Quality Assurance Inspector at Magnetic Group.

In addition, EN9100 series standard implementation has a positive effect on customer satisfaction as it allows companies to establish and work with processes that ensure understanding of our customers' needs.
