Magnetic Group Opens New Training Centre in Estonia

Magnetic Talents – the brand behind Magnetic Training and Magnetic Engineering – has a new home in Tallinn, right in the heart of Ülemiste City and just steps away from the airport.

The new training centre brings together our Magnetic Training and Magnetic Engineering teams in one shared space, making everyday collaboration smoother and helping us work even closer as one team.

Just a short walk from the Magnetic MRO hangars and Tallinn Airport, the 500 m² training centre includes three EASA-approved classrooms, flexible desks, and modern work areas designed for comfort and connection.

“The move helps us stay close to our people and to the airport – it’s convenient, practical, and supports how we work today,” said Ene Krinpus, Managing Director of Magnetic Talents.

The new space marks a natural next step in how Magnetic Talents supports aviation professionals through hands-on training and engineering expertise.
